I got 3465 rank in obc category in jee advance and 11039 rank in jee main Which will be better any new iit or nit hamirpur computer science

You have got quite good rank but remember taht when you get admission in new iit then there aee chance that the. Government might promote these firstly comming batch to great height they might focus on you more importantly bif you wanna join nit then its ilao good as nit cse branch is one of the best in todays era og engineers.
