According to percentile in jee mains your general rank will be 1.8 lakh and as the cutoff percentile for general candidates is 89.7 you will not able to qualify jee mains to become eligible for jee advanced  but if you belong to obc then you are eligible.

For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

There are several PSUs which took their own entrances .So you can go for that.

With your mentioned rank it is almost impossible to get IITs for sure. If you are talking about NITs then even for that you may have to wait till the end. If seats remain vacant the only you may get a chance in spot round.
