The fees that you see is for Full cource(8 semester)If You will get Seat in IIT Mechanical Then You bave to pay some seat booking amount(Like 1 semester fees) Which is Refundable If you cancel your admission within Stipulated time...So Don't worry about money..After paying your First installment

javed it is difficult to comment upon the minimum marks as the difficulty level of the paper varies every year. if you have rank under 20000 in the jee advanced 2019 considering you are in obc category you can get a seat in an IIT. hope to see you

As you mentioned the percentage of disability as 78%, you have a fair chance to get into any of the IITs and NITs.

And as your percentile is 60% in JEE, you have a fair enough chance to get into the NITs of your home state easily.
