The NIRF ranking of IIT Hyderabad is better than the ranking of IIT Dhanbad and a EE course in IIT Hyderabad will be a better choice if you are interested in Electrical and Electronics.If you are more passionate about CSE,then go for IIT Dhanbad.If you want an CSE in IIT Hyderabad,then you can enroll and can slide from EE to CSE if you score a very good cgpa in your first year.

iit hyderabad does not offer b.tech in cyber security, there is few institute which offers it as it is a emerging technology. cyber security consists the concept of computer science, machine learning, data science etc, after completing btech in computer science or any other relevant field you may do 2 years post graduate course on cyber security.

IIT Hyderabad or any other IITs, they only consider JEE advance rank for admission procedure. But to give JEE advance you need to clear JEE mains. After clearing JEE mains only, you can give the advance exam.

Your JEE advance rank is the only criteria through which you will get an admission in IIT Hyderabad.

But, there's another institution called IIIT Hyderabad, it only considers JEE mains rank. This institute is as good as any other IITs.

To secure a seat in IIT, you have to first clear JEE MAINS, after that you have to clear JEE advance with good marks, then only you can go into IIT, you have to check the previous year cutoff then you can have a clear vision of your preparation.
