No, for getting a seat in IIT Hyderabad you must get a good rank in JEE Advance.Through JEE mains you can only get in top NITs.

Hey,If you clear the jee advanced exam,you can get into iits which premier institutes of india.Fees of is high average 3 lakh per year. If your family is below 5 lakhs per year you can get 2/3 of fee remission and if below 1lakh you can get full fee remission
