A big NO, BITS hyderabad, IIT hyderabad and IIIT hyderabad does not accept TS PGECET score. BITS Hyderabad accepts BITS exam score, IIT accepts JEE advanced score and IIIT accepts JEE mains score only. So you should prepare for the exams to get admission in any of these colleges.

Obviously the placements in IIT Hyderabad chemical is better than Jadavpur University

Chemical engineering has less core jobs and Jadavpur doesn't attract many companies.

If you will consider last year placement scenario then the companies came for placements are Cairn India, Berger Paints, Fluor Daniel, UOP Honeywell, Haldia Petrochemical,

Congratulations for good results. If you are aspiring for these two colleges particularly. Then IIT Madras is better than IIT hyderabad as per ranking. But choice of branch also matters.
