I see that you have got 1902 category rank in JEE advanced right. And you want to get enrolled in IIT Hyderabad . 

But sorry to say , first you should complete your question you haven't mentioned which category do you belong , wether OBC or sc or St .

I'll suggest you to choose engineering branch over college. As CSE has more scope nowadays, so I'll suggest you to join CSE in IIT Gandhinagar. As after 10 years the thing which matters the most is your branch and skill , and not the college.

Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly impossible to get into any of the IIT's as the cutoff's for IIT's are really high.

I would rather suggest you to appear for JEE mains again next year with much more preparation.
