Yes, admissions are open. I am guessing you are asking for Bachelor Degrees. Admission in IITs are through JEE Mains and then JEE Advance. So, you need to appear in both and clear them with good marks so that you can get under 6k rank in India, then you might get some seat at IIT Hyderabad.

The minimum percentile of marks required for PWD category for inclusion in the rank list of JEE ADVANCED is about 8.75% percentile as a total marks aggregate.Once you clear JEE Advanced the cutoff for IIT remains very low for IIT s and you can easily get there if you get an below average score.You can check more details through the link below:

The eligibility criteria for phd course in IIIT hyderabad for structural engineering is as follows:

Candidates must complete First class Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E) in Civil / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University AND First class Master’s degree in Structural (or, allied) Engineering from a recognized University.

however I would suggest to follow  gate syllabus of civil engineering along with your m.tech course syllabus. there is no specific syllabus is given in website, however IITs written or viva test basic conception questions and project works are basically asked.

DRDO stands for "Defence Research and Development Organisation", it is an agency run by the government of India.

For getting into DRDO, you should fulfill certain criteria or requirements, to be able to work. There are a total of 4 levels of posts in scientists, which you can apply for depending upon eligibility. They are:

• Scientist 'B' post
• Scientist 'C' post
• Scientist 'D' post
• Scientist 'E' post

You should have a bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering or computer science in order to be Eligible for technical jobs.

If you are GATE qualified then You can apply foe technician A Under DRDO Technical cadre.

see environmental and water resources engineering is a sub discipline of civil engineering. however candidates of related discipline or civil engineering  are also eligible to apply. I suggest you to check the eligibility criteria before applying. to get admission in m.tech courses of iits you have to separately apply to the official website of the respective iits. however iit hyderabad have no courses of m.tech related with environment and water resource engineering, follow the below link to know in details:

Inside the campus of IIT Hyderabad there are many clubs and organisations for fun& fest for the student of IIT Hyderabad . Choice of games and sports and NSS is compulsory. There happened the annual sports meet or annual festival which all the students take take part  in it through selecting by selection committee . Campus life is based on fun and reading. There  night canteen where the students after dinner assembled and take care adda.

For  yearly outing there is  related committee   for organised tours and outing for NSS.
