10th Marksheet & admit card

Adhaar card

Photo (passport size)

It is true that the marksheets which are being asked by the counselling authorities has yet not arrived at the school but you and your school is aware of your marks. So please ask your school/college authority to provide you with a provisional mark sheet. You can submit this for your counsellings still your original certificate arrives.

           The chances of getting admission in top IITs is very less with your category rank. The prediction is made considering the previous year closing ranks and it may vary this year.

All the institutions you mentioned are good.But I would suggest you to join ECE in ISM(IIT Dhanbad) as you can get an IIT tag with a good branch...If you are not willing to join ISM,then just go for NIT Warangal ECE.Nit warangal has decent placement record.At the end its your choice.
