If the company want to choose the best it will prefer the second category.

All the institutions you mentioned are good.But I would suggest you to join ECE in ISM(IIT Dhanbad) as you can get an IIT tag with a good branch...If you are not willing to join ISM,then just go for NIT Warangal ECE.Nit warangal has decent placement record.At the end its

U can get very easily as it's cut off rank are very low....It depends on how u set your preference ( choice list) at counselling. For further information..plzz check opening and closing rank at out jam official website

You have a decent rank.
According to previous year 7th cutoff, best possible options are electrical at IIT BHU and gandhinagar, mechanical at IIT hyderabad and CSE at IIT patna,jodhpur and bhuvaneshvar.
