all the IITs take admission in B.arch course on the basis of jee main ranks,NATA score is not acceptable in IITs.
Only students who have qualified the JEE Mains are allowed to sit for JEE Advanced. If a student wants to join B.Arch in IIT Kahargpur and
check IIT ROORKEE or IIT DHANBAD cutoffs
It may be difficult what u mentioned
But try for other colleges.

There are no chances of getting IIT with 48% or any board marks.
For getting into IIt , you need to pass JEE advance and be in top 7000 among lacs . Moreover , you need atleast 75% in boards.
