IIT ropar courses w ith the highest cutoff in 2019 and 2018 include BTech Computer Science & Engineering, BTech Mathematics & Computing and BTech Electrical Engineering.

On the other hand,with lowest cutoffs in 2019 and 2018 include BTech Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, BTech Civil Engineering and BTech Chemical Engineering.

IIT ropar M.Tech water resources is a new course in IIT ropar with 15 seats.So its very hard to guess but by estimation it should be 650l-700 for general.

Candidates with B Tech/B.E in Civil, Environmental, Water resources, Agricultural Engineering and related areas can apply here with valid score of GATE.

For admission in mtech, different branches have different cut off closing ranks through GATE exam. The closing rank expected for the year 2020 as per previous years cut offs is 715-717 rank for general category (for main branches 690 rank max). The ranks are subject to change.
