If you want to join colleges out of them I'll suggest iit dhanbaad out of them for cse. It has got a well structured atmosphere for cse. You will find advanced coder both in professors and in students. But other iits mentioned is also good it's your choice

Doing MTech in Sensors and Iot will be much better than doing power engineering.
But Iit Ropar has better placements than Iit Jodhpur.
