I am sorry to say but with 1123 rank in IPU CET BCA, you won't be able to get a seat in MSIT.
For year 2018, the cutoffs were as follows:-
First Shift:- closing rank was 455
Second Shift:- Closing rank was 772

The maximum and minimum closing ranks are different for different categories. Its also also depend on whether you belong to Delhi region  or you are out of Delhi candidate. and also its different for different branch

Hey Rukhsar! You may have downloaded wrong document, because roll number, centre code and address of the centre is the main things for which admit card is generated. You can try to download your admit card from the official website. There may be some network error or may be the
