According to your rank you can get admissions in:

1.Delhi Institute of Rural Development

2.Sri college of education.

Try in these two colleges if these does not show any results then you have to take evening colleges.

There is nothing to explain about concelling rounds because everything would be told there itself about admissions and of courses these rounds are according to the ranks from which students get colleges accordingly.

with this rank, you can get the top college of IPU CET.

if you belong to Delhi, then you almost get a seat in any college of IPU CET.

if you outside of Delhi, then you have a good

Hope you get JIMS kalkaji in 3rd round of counselling,there are though less chances but still you can wait till 3rd round rest i suggest you should start applying in 2-3 other colleges as a backup plan.
