I would suggest you Production Engineering at NIT RKL.

Industrial Design is not much of an Engineering Subject, hence the dearth of opportunitues in an Engineering College like NIT Rourkela. Of course there are fair chances for going for a Masters degree in design in France or UK or perhaps

As per reviews, it is suggested to join manufacturing from the courses you suggested above. However, college has good placements for civil, Cse and ECE. But college has very less placement opportunities for geo informatics and industrial but has decent placements for manufacturing with average salary as 3 lakhs
