Despit getting the detault score acheivinng the score of 310 isn't a big deal , need to brush up the english skill and 10th maths basis , which would be more than enough to get you  a decent score in GRE , as per doing the Masters in European countries , one not necessarliy need to get above score , could use basic score to get the seat , or you can buy the seat in a private institution

Yes it is necessary.

For most universities, SAT and IELTS are used to satisfy different requirements. If you want to achieve overall score 7 bands in IELTS then your score must be equal to 7 in each module! There are four modules and they are reading, listening, writing, speaking. A one month training and practice is required and must be thorough in all topics to score 7

If you plan on pursuing education abroad, then it would be best to apply for an undergraduate program after 12th standard. Admission is easier to obtain in such a situation and you will be required to also provide scores from standardized tests like SAT or ACT along with English language proficiency scores.

For admission after 10th, it may be difficult unless you have residential status in the country of application.

Additionally, for undergraduate admissions, most of the top universities have IELTS requirements in the range of 6.5-7.5. Very few colleges accept scores of 6.0. Therefore, getting admission with an IELTS score of 5.0 may pose to be difficult. Instead, you should work on improving your IELTS score and building your profile for undergraduate admission after  12th.
