IIITs should must be at the first choice due to the IT market demand and very high placements records. IIIT tag is so prestigious as they are Institute of National Importance ( INI ) and to get into it a student must have to crack and secure a good rank

You will get a seat in NIT but not in the top ones. See, previous year total SC candidates selected through JOSAA Counselling were 34425. And you have a SC rank of 18980, so accordingly, you have a fair chance of getting seats.

I am sorry to say but with 32000 obc rank it's not possible to get into any IIIT as the closing rank for obc for IIITs is around 15k.

Also if we talk about GFTIs it's not possible to get CSE with your rank.
