Well you are from UP Home State which is a big disadvantage for you but you have Female Quota so maybe you can get Biotechnology at MNNIT Allahabad in special round.
You may get ECE in IIIT Manipur or some other new IIIT but since they have only gender neutral quota so it's difficult.
