34000 Rank will be not sufficient to get CSE in any of the good IIITs .

According to last year cut offs tends you have to secure rank under 8-10 thousand ( vary according to college ) to get CSE in IIITs .

MHRD, in order to increase the participation of girls in IIT's there are 14% seats, are specially allocated for girls but there is no such quota in IIIT's.

Therefore with rank about 83000 there no chances that you get a seat into JOSSA counselling till 6th round.

With that rank in your category you don't  have any chance for getting any seat in any NITs ,IIITs, or CFTIs. Generally NITs and IIITs closes before 7000 in your category rank. So you have low chances for getting that. You may look for private colleges.

Getting 79 percentile in JEE Mains means your rank could lie between 1,70,000-1,80,000.

The closing marks for IIIT Hyderabad were 204 which is in 95+ percentile. So you don't have a chance at it.
