As per your rank , it is very difficult to get cse branch in any of the government colleges. But you may try for your home state nit as it will be beneficial. Else you can opt for electronics and communication which is equivalent to cse. Don't lose hope

34000 Rank will be not sufficient to get CSE in any of the good IIITs .
According to last year cut offs tends you have to secure rank under 8-10 thousand ( vary according to college ) to get CSE in IIITs .

MHRD, in order to increase the participation of girls in IIT's there are 14% seats, are specially allocated for girls but there is no such quota in IIIT's.
Therefore with rank about 83000 there no chances that you get a seat into JOSSA counselling till 6th round.

With that rank in your category you don't have any chance for getting any seat in any NITs ,IIITs, or CFTIs. Generally NITs and IIITs closes before 7000 in your category rank. So you have low chances for getting that. You may look for private colleges.
