No you can't able to get admission in any IIIT with this rank even in sc category. you should need to improve your rank next year for a good IIIT colleges or nit colleges.
I think if you will get rank under 8000 in sc category then you will eligible for a nit or IIIT and government colleges.

Hey there,
Your chances of getting the college at this much score in jee mains examination is very low. You should better apply for private colleges if you want a seat this year.

Upes Dehradun
Amity University
Sharda University
Lpu University
Silicon institute of technology
Bennett University
Chandigarh University etc.
