As per as your rank in your category,  you have very low chances for admission in any of NITs or IIITs or GFTIs in special round. Your rank is not enough for it. 

So, better you can take drop or settle in some other colleges

The last year cutoff for 2nd round of csab were:

IIIT Kota: CSE: 31K, ECE: 48K

IIIT Guwahati: CSE:29K ECE: 42K

IIIT Nagpur: CSE: 47K, ECE: 64K

(K means 1000. so 34K= around 34000)

Well to get a seat into IIITs or GFTIs you have to go through CSAB Special Roud  counselling. The process demands that one should have a valid rank in JEE Main and should be JEE Main qualified. To be JEE Main qualified one has to clear the required
