The special round tentative cutoffs for admission into IIIT Bhubaneswar hasn't been published yet so it's difficult to predict based on intuition.

The expected cutoff rank is to be governed by some factors like:

1. The number of seats left.

2. The number of students eligible.

Dear aspirant your reserved category rank is good enough to get a seat in nit. You may get nit pondicherry, sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland, silchar. But you will not get good streams like cse or ece. You may get streams like biotechnology, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, etc

To get seat for NITs,IIITs or GFTIs through CSAB Special Round the first criteria is that one should be JEE Main qualified as per his/her category. Now for general category, the 2019 JEE Main cutoff was 89.75 percentile. So if you have cleared the required cutoff then you are JEE Main qualified and hence eligible for CSAB Special Round counselling. Now with a rank of 68k, it can be hard for you to get a seat in IIIT through CSAB especially since you are a general category candidate. Better apply for the counselling process and whether do you get your choice of college or not.

International institute of information technology, Bhubaneswar started a new branch called "Computer engineering".But All India council for technical education yet not approved this Branch.

But do not worry. The authority of International institute of information technology, Bhubaneswar will look into this matter and the branch will get approval from AICTE.

Yes you can definitely join into IIIT RAIPUR. The situation with IIIT RAIPUR is that its still undet construction and yes there are issues related to placement. But till you will get into 4th year there will be no issues related to placement. So go for it as it is expected that it will emerge as the top IIITS

Hello aspirant. You have absolutely no chance in the top IIITs like Allahabad, Hyderabad etc. Also IIIT srikakulam is one of the new IIITs so not much information about it. You might have a chance if the cut off went low. New IIITs will surely have lower cut off.

IIIT, Chitoor is better than Jntu, Kakinada in almost all the aspects. If you want to have better placements go for IIIT, Chitoor.

You have only little chance to get an engineering seat in NITs or IIITs. But yeah, you have to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 to get the best seat with your crl rank. But no one can predict the closing ranks. So, once you can check the previous year closing ranks for all NITs and IIITs and fill your choices in the special round counseling of CSAB 2019 then you can get the seat definitely. IIIT-Kottayam started its academics in the year 2015. Till now, i.e., 2019 four batches are running which are the first year, the second year and the third years respectively. So till now, college didn't have a huge record of  placement . But are working very hard so that  placement season should end perfectly. For which they have our own placement cell also.

Till now the college is set to be a permanent institution and experienced faculty member almost many of them are holding PhD. 

Sophisticated and supportive faculty and interactive methods of teaching. 

 research centres are well built with all necessary facilities.
