As per as your rank you have very less chances for getting any seat in any of NITs or IIITs or even GFTIs for Btech in spot round. So you can take drop or settle with some other private college accepting jee mains score.

I would like to inform you that as per the information provided by you , with 91 percentile in jee mains and crl rank 97k it is not possible to get any nit or iiit colleges. Even with a 27k obc ranking chances are very very slim that you will get any of these colleges.

I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics, your chances of getting admission in nit/iiit/gfti is nearly impossible, if you are from north eastern states then you Might get some eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit tripura, nit meghalaya, nit Sikkim. Or you can try for nit Srinagar as general cutoffs of these colleges are generally low.
Or you can take a drop and prepare for jee once again.
