Acc. To your percentile, you may be eligible for jee advance but you will not get any Government college like IIT, NIT,, IIT or CFTI's. But just wait for official rank which will be announced by 30th april. But don't loose hope if you will not qualify jee mains.

IIIT here stands for International Institute of Information Technology and not Indian Institute of Information Technology like all another IIITs which are government institutions. Old iiitare mhrd funded college and newer one is based on the ppp model. They are government colleges.
