For the percentile you mentioned will be having general rank around 80000. For this rank normally you will not get any NITs, IIITs or any of GFTIs. But you can get some private colleges.
But you should not think about this all at the time. You need to focus on jee mains in april and secure good percentile so that you can get into top NITs.
