My IIT-JEE Main General Rank is 1,11,000 and OBC NCL Rank is 32,518..Kindly tell me, could I get any branch in any IIIT's.

Dear Arudra,
sorry to say this. It is impossible to get into IIIT with your rank. Closing ranks for IIIT are quite higher than your rank. Try for some other reputed institute.
