Questions will be asked from 11th and 12th Physics,chemistry and maths syllabus. You can prepare as per the syllabus. If you are appearing for reap then it asks question which tests candidates analytical skills.

IIIT Hyderabad is a private college in Hyderabad , Telangana and its reputation is similar to top IITs of our country , for admission in it you have to give JEE Mains and JEE Advance and based on the best score in between the two examination you will get admission in this college . Institute also has separate examination for entrance but form filling date was over on 16th May. So now option available for you through Mains .
You have to apply a separate form for counseling in the Institute , you will get in on their official website . The form was expected to arrive in April but due to Covid-19 it has not arrived yet . So you check admission portal daily .

If you want to get admission through JEE main in IIIT, Hyderabad the you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 75% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and if you belong to reserved category you must have passed with 65% aggregate.And if you want to get admission through UGEE then you must have passed Maths, Physics and Chemistry with 60% marks.
Through UGEE you will be eligible, through JEE main you are ineligible.
Sai, IIIT H conducts REAP (Research Aptitude Test) for 120 minutes. The exam is based on 11th and 12th syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. This is both for CBSE and most State Syllabus. REAP will emphasize on testing critical and creative thinking abilities of the Candidate. Your first go to books should be NCERT Books to get the basics right. And there are no specific books for REAP section. But you can prepare the same books that you have prepared JEE Mains for but at a more advanced level.
