IIIT Hyderabad has entrance test named as UGEE and SPEC for admission in Undergraduate course , UGEE is for 5 year integrated BTech and MS course while SPEC for only BTech but seat in SPEC is very less . Now talking about application form it has been closed

the exam date of IIIT hyderabad was earlier to be held on 26 april 2020 but due to corona outbreak it has been postponed till any further notice , however the date of exam and admit card is likely to be announced soon , i suggest to stay updated

There are merit based and need based scholarships offered at IIIT Hyderabad. According to the official website: https://www.iiit.ac.in/admissions/undergraduate/assistance/ , every student whose household income is less than 8 lakhs per annum is entitled for entire tution fee support. But there is nothing in specific for Candidates  belonging to OBC Category
