Now talking about the iiit Hyderabad then you can get that college if you score above 300 definitely .Your score should more than 280 at least.

As iiit Hyderabad comes under HRD MINISTRY therefore allottement of seat in such colleges are done on the basis of jee mains Scores and seats are alloted through the counselling of josaa therefore ugee cannot help you to get into such college.

For IIIT Hyderabad, you have to follow the following criterion:

• Score at least 250 in JEE-M.
• Score at least 80–85 in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
• Score well in boards.

You may get lucky if the subject-wise cutoff goes below 85 in any of the subjects. Otherwise, it’s greater. There are no reservations whatsoever, and it’s far more difficult to get here than any other college.

Thus, there is no reservation system in these colleges and admission is provided purely on the basis of your rank and merit. As per the official sources, IIIT Hyderabad never discloses how many students were selected for the UGEE interviews. It was not disclosed in 2018 and wasn't either in 2019. Generally, people make intelligent guesses but they are prone to get wrong. Thus I would refrain from guessing and telling you any number but rest assured if your interview is good, you would be getting the selection mail.
