Well, it's very difficult as of now,to predict the cutoff for colleges of JEE mains and for jee advance based on percentile.You can first calculate your rank by rank=(100-percentile)*874469/100.With this rank,you can compare previous year's cutoff for different colleges and can predict some of the colleges you may be getting and also the advance cut off.But remember this is not the final rank.It will change based on the april session of mains.To further predict colleges visit https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor  .But to be honest,you won't get IIIT hyderabad with such a score.Hope this helps.

If you just want an admission in IIITH, then according to this years cutoff, even 180 marks will do (CND branch).

If you are asking for the CSE branch which is the most sought after branch of the college , then you need around 260 marks, just to be on the safe side. This year(2019), the final cutoff for the 4yr CSE was 251 and last year(2018) it was 263 .

The marks are mentioned assuming you belong to general category.

Yes IIIT hyderabad accepts NIOS 12th candidate with providing a demand examination certificate. IIIT hyderabad is a prestigious institutionn and a candidate has to score more marks in order to obtain a seat there. NIOS is also a recognized boars and a candidate has to produce a demand certificate in order to be eligible for admission process.

Yes there are scholarships available at government level and at your institute level. You have to qualify the criteria to avail a scholarship.

Government Scholarships are  posted  in newspaper. you can get from there or have to keep on searching to know the updates. For institute level you have to search in the official website.
