and you are in top 1000 I think you must give your adv first and I think you have a great chance for getting a CSE seat in old IITs too so do not think about IIITH

Based on your percentile you will not get seat in IIT Hyderabad.The cutoffs for last year for IIT hyderabad is around 270 marks in JEE MAINS.So you will end up not getting seat there.It is better not to apply for it.

For admission in IIIT Hyderabad , you need JEE mains score of 250+. 

In 2018 , 1st round cut off for admission to IIIT Hyderabad in CSE was 287 marks and ECE was 270 marks and the last round cut off for CSE was 256 marks and ECE

You have to have a rank of below 1500 to get into IIIT Hyderabad or a score of approximately 250 in JOE. Moreover you'll have to have 60+ percentage in your 10th and 12th. So in overall you have to maintain a 98-99 percentile in JEE to get that college
