As you are an ISC student let me tell you the 75% criteria means it should be in aggregate including all subjects .
In ISC it is English + best 3 but that does not works for jee mains . It should be in aggregate.

Candidates who completed graduation/bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply. For B. Lib.I.Sc, candidates should hold bachelor's degrees in any stream from a recognized university, and for M.A. Buddhist Studies, B.A. Social Science with at least 50% marks as well as for M.Lib.I.Sc,
