There is not any kind of problem if you have got question  booklet and OMR sheets of separate numbers. There is nothing wrong in it as Both are two different things so to keep the record of every question booklet as well as record of every single OMR

In my views it is not considered as a good course as per today's world.

Most of the commerce  students take BSC with B.Com (//B.Com) or B.Com (//B.Com) (computers)  or B.Com (//B.Com) (Finance) which are 3 years undergraduation programmes  or you can take BSC with maths along with various combinations like computers, electronics, statistics .
