As your rank is 31158, if you're General, you can geta seat in NIT-AP. If you're applying in HS quota, you can get Chem., Civil, Bio Tech. and Metallurgy. In OS quota, you can get Civil, Bio Tech. and Metallurgy.

In the case of NIT Puducherry, you won't get any seat under OS quota. Under HS quota, you can get any of the course.

This is for General category, and it will be different for other categories. You can check the cutoff here.

First of all,congratulations for the wondeful marks you secured in your IPE exam.

Secondly,Sastra University gives admission based on JEE marks as well as IPE marks,i.e,under two criterias called stream1 and stream2.

Stream 1:Has 70% of seats and a dmissions are given by taking 25% weightage of JEE mains and 75% of boards.

Stream 2:Admission on the basis of board marks only. But it has only 30% of seats , so for this criteria you should be having 95 or 95+ for securing your seat as in this criteria ,the competition may be very tough and ofcourse you are in the top of the list.So yes,you can definitely get into Sastra University.

The chances for CSE and ECE maybe less but try your luck.
