In JEE exam information brochure as mentioned, 245000 studends will qualify this year this figure may be increases in some thousands but definitely not decrease.

Your Percentile score isn't enough under general category for government engineering college.You need at least 96 percentile under general category for seat in NITs.Chance of getting NITs or IITs is less under this score For sureity wait till NTA announce rank.

There are lakhs of people who gave the exam right? You must be seeing only a few students out of this post their scores. So it is quite possible that all these students got such high scores. 

But that should not bother you because someone putting some score should not spoil your mood, just wait for the ranks to be out.
