If you get a seat then well and good but if you don't get then solve pyqs and mock test papers it will boost your preparation and surely you will get a seat in your dream university.

First of all jammu kashmir doesn't participate in AIQ counseling of NEET. It is exempted from AIQ quota and 100% seat admission happens through state quota counselling who is having domicile.
So if you belong to other state then you can't take admission. Although you can apply for AIIMS jammu through AIQ counselling.
Lowest cut off rank for obc category through AIQ counselling was AIR 15038.
so at your expected marks it is tough for you to get govt mbbs colleges.

This can only be answered by the officials of JEE even if I say that RBA comes under OBC category and it should be acceptable its still upon them if they allow or not. But what document did you upload for JEE mains registration ?.
Its better to get clarified so get in touch with them you still have time.

Yeah you have scored good marks according to your category.
Lowest state quota cut off marks for SC category candidate through state counselling was 400 marks & Air 185160 in Government Medical College, Baramulla.
so if we see previous year cut off trends in your category for jammu and kashmir you have fair chance to grab a seat in any government medical College of Jammu and Kashmir through state counselling.

Yes definitely you can produce it in the JOSAA counselling because the prescribed format of category certificate is similar to that of available on the official website of JOSAA and if it was accepted in the JEE-Main application form then it would be definitely accepted in JOSAA as well.
Also note that if you had uploaded an undertaking in the JEE-Man 2021 application form then you have to submit the original certificate of you reserved category now because in undertaking it was clearly written that you will submit your reserved category certificate at the time of admission and if you would not be able to do so then you will not be provided any reservation benefits of that category.

The projected cut off for jammu and kashmir university for general category is 453+. To get into jammu and kashmir university, you'll need to earn exceptionally good grades.

Jammu & kashmir counselling take place for 100% seat for domicile state. So usually cut off goes Lower than other state students.
Neet 2020 lowest cut off for MBBS in Gen category was 508 marks & Air 80124 for Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri. And Lowest cut off for BDS course was at 486 marks.
This year cut off may drop due to toughness of paper then last year. There are less chance of you getting govt MBBS/BDS college at your expected marks.
You haven't mentioned your category. I'll be assuming that you belong to general category.
Neet2020 Lowest Cut off for Gen category in govt dental was 486 marks & Air 98010 in Indira Gandhi Government Dental College and Hospital, Jammu.
This year cut off marks may go little bit low due to toughness of paper than last year.
