According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government and private colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Some colleges in which you can get CSE through direct admission are :-

According to the approximations you may get above 90 percentile in JEE september .if the percentile is as expected you may get admission into NIT Jamshedpur ,IIIt Ranchi based on home state quota and if you wish to move to other states many nits and iiits you can get into.
