i got 599 Marks From jharkhand/BC1 can i get government medical college

Anurag Khanna 11th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

According to the marks and category mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 7784-10036. So on such marks you have good chances of getting all GMCs in Jharkhand under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 571 for Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad under Home state quota for OBC category.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs for Jharkhand from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-jharkhand

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

I want to jharkhand b.sc nursing entrance exam previous year question papers.

iammohdshareef 30th Aug, 2020
Hello,
.
Sorry but the JCECEB official website has no previous year question papers available. You can either search for previous year question papers or prepare yourself with the help of model papers. Even have a look at YouTube, few of the channels have a collection of previous year examinations papers. Even if you don't get previous year question paper, you can prepare via model papers

how good is 120 marks in jee main 2020 September for an obc-ncl female student from Jharkhand ?

Vipul Chaudhary 28th Aug, 2020

Hey there!

With this score and based on your category, you can easily get a seat in NIT present in your home state. I suppose you may not get cse and mechanical but you may get other branches like civil, chemical. If you are trying for cse my advice is to not to keep hope on NIT and do your best in JEE Mains.

Thanks and Good luck

I got 86 percentile in jee mains January attempt and my home state is Jharkhand which is best nit I can get

S. Saha Student Expert 27th Aug, 2020
86 percentile means your expected rank would be around 1,21,661. Now if the number of candidates in September session increases, then your rank would also increase. Also you haven't mentioned your category so considering you as a general category candidate and going by last few Years' cutoffs of various NITs, it is quite difficult to get any Of the NITs as almost all the seats of NITs get filled within 30000 to 40000 rank. Only a few i.e. north east NITs or NIT Srinagar, Sikkim, Hamirpur etc closing rank goes up to lakhs for general category for home state candidates. Even the closing ranks for various branches in NIT Jamshedpur lies around 20000 to 30000 for general category. Now if you belong to any reserved category, you cam expect seats in NIT Jamshedpur. Apart from NITs, IIITs, you can go for state level government Engineering colleges or the colleges you can expect with this rank is, Jabalpur Engineering college, Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai, Institute of Engineering and Management Kolkata, Haldia Institute of Technology etc. You can use our Jee Main College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances of getting admission http://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor Go through the cutoffs of last few years' of all the NITs http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches

  • NIT, Trichy
  • NIT, Hamirpur
  • NIT, Imphal
  • NIT, Sikkim
  • NIT, Goa
  • NIT, Nagaland
  • NIT, Agartala
  • NIT, Meghalaya
  • NIT, Patna
  • NIT, Silchar

Etc.

Moreover you can predict your own college by yourself also through Careers360 College Predictor tool(link mentioned below) according to your rank in any category;
