Both of the things which you are having option to peruse are completely two different things. Engineering and Medical are not relatable. If you have the time, financial situation and will power to continue than you should go for NEET. You should also look for interest and go in that direction. And if you have more intrest toward engineering then, NIT Jamshedpur with 22000 rank is good enough. You may get almost all branch like ECE, MECH, CIVIL, META, PROD, EE for that rank.
Now, the thing is to decided by you and your parents looking the following things- Financial situation now and in future in next 8 years, ability, intrest toward discipline and other personal issue.
