Additionally, research the specific admission requirements of your target universities, gather recommendation letters, and work on a compelling personal statement.
Pankaj. 405 marks might be a tad less for a seat in Government Medical College. In 2019, yes, this scoire might have secured a seat in a GMC like Baramullah or Rajouri. But since cut offs change every year, it is tad difficult for a score of 405 for a seat in GMC. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, you might get a seat in ASCOMS.

The correction window is the last chance for you to make any changes to your NEET application form. NTA neither will change your details on your behalf nor does it entertain any requests for changes in your application form. So if you have selected General Category as your Category during the time of filling the application form, you cannot claim EWS reservation at the time of Counselling because the merit list has been prepared on the basis of the Category that you mentioned when you filled the NEET application form.
Hi there,
I hope you are doing well.
G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, also known as Pantnagar University is affiliated to UGC, ICAR, and AICTE. It is a non-affiliating university, and its academic activities are organized through its nine constituent colleges. College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences is one of them.
Hope it helps.
Greetings,
If you are a domicile student of Jammu and Kashmir then with your score you can definitely get a Government college seat. J&K releases another state merit list for admissions and all domiciled J&K students get a state rank in that list based on which state colleges are allotted.
For example, the admission cut off for non reserved domicile students in 2019
was:
- ASCOMS Sidhra Jammu - 489 marks
- Government Medical College, Rajouri - 476 marks

Here I am attaching a link to the past year cut off trends which will help you get a better idea about which colleges to look for according to your state rank, whenever it is released.
You should also keep an eye out for subsequent lists as well as spot counselling which will definitely increase your chances to get one of the better colleges in J&K
best of luck, good day!
Hello Dear Student,
Yes, you are eligible for AIIMS Seats but not for 15% All India Quota Seats of other GMCs.
According to Counselling Scheme Brochure of MCC, the Candidates from the J&K Union Territory are eligible for the Counselling of following Medical Colleges:
1. All AIIMS
2. JIPMER
3. BHU
4. Deemed Universities
So according to this, you can register for MCC Counselling, but Round 1 and Round 2 Counselling process is already over and next round is Mop-up Round and the Possibilities for Vacant Seats in Mop-up Round for AIIMS, JIPMER & BHU is very low.
Please Go through the Website of MCC for more details.
