The application form of JAM 2022 needs qualifying degree and discipline of qualifying degree. Fill BSc in qualifying degree that you must know already. I suppose it should do if you fill ZBC or zoology, botany ,chemistry in the discipline of qualifying degree as yours is a multidisciplinary.
