If there is a mistake from the side of the conducting body then they would re release your corrected score card . You don't need to worry about that but if they haven't done any correction then your scorecard is allright. It would be better if you contact the officials.

Now this totally depends upon you. You can take risk or settle and can greater perspectives. Now coming back to the preparation, coaching is not really required for understanding the concepts, but it will be beneficial to inculcate regularity. Regularity is a must! You should read books by foreign authors for concept building. Watch video lectures aswell. You must solve tonnes of questions. Practice time bound tests.

See if you want to do Applied Mathematics then IIT can be a good choice for you. As its a engineering institution it can give you a good background in Applied Mathematics and you can go for Data Science also as Electives in the curriculum. IIT will not be a bad choice for you and you can completely trust the curriculum there.
