Hello Pankaj,
Unfortunately your rank is not sufficient to get admission in any IIT in mathematics, as the last cutoff for mathematics is 523, you need to get between 200- 480 rank so that you can get admission in any IIT in mathematics.
IIT Hyderabad,IIT ROPAR, IIT indore are three College where you can get admission easily if you get rank below 400.
I hope it helps.
Best of luck
If you want to apply for MSc or Joint MSc-PhD chemistry through IIT JAM then as per its eligibility criteria it specifies candidates to have mathematics at 10+2 level, along with having studied chemistry for three years in graduation, though you can have chemistry with CBZ combination but since you don't have maths at 10+2 level, it won't be possible for you to be eligible for the exam, kindly go through our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/jam-eligibility-criteria for more clarity regarding this, though I must say you can try for other subjects in case you have interest such as biotechnology, as it's within the domain of bio group that you had at 10+2 level, and it's a booming field also, so you can appear for this subject in case you have interest for the same.
Here is the cut off in 2020 round 3 for admission in to M.Sc Biotechnology in the IIT was as follows
Here is the cut off in 2019 round 3 for admission in to M.Sc Biotechnology in the NIT was as follows
The above mentioned are the cut off for OBC category. Considering the cut off it is very difficult to get seat in IIT or NIT. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.

hi,
see this year for the first time b.sc candidates of three years duration, was eligible to appear in gate exam. since there is no record of masters admission data based on gate score we are unable to predict any college. however based on gate score you may apply for integrated phd, gate score is valid for three years, you may now join masters course and after two years may take admission for phd based on gate score.
hope it would help.
IIT Jam Examination occur for admission IITs, NITs and IISC colleges. There are some particular subjects like mathematics, physics, geology, chemistry, statistics, biotechnology etc. So every department have different cut-off marks for admission. Infact every IITs and NITs college cutoff for each subjects also different.
You didn't mention any subject name fot admission. And not mentioned your category. So i assume that you are a general category student. For general category student 6143 rank is very high for this colleges. If your rank between 2000 then may you have some chances for getting IIT college any one. And above 2000 may be you will get NITs or IISC colleges. But in this rank you can't get any college above this. You can try for another government college for admission. You will get good government college surely.
All the best.
Hello Mansy Joy
I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that at your rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in any of the NIt or IIT for physics . My advise you should start preparing for next attempt . You should go for next attempt only if you can give 10-12 hours per day with pure consistency.
I am sharing the link of ccmn cutt offs for your reference:

Hello Ariful islam

See if you didn't have the EWS certificate and if you didn't applied in it then you will not be able to get the category facility as you didn't provided the category information before the release of the AIR's. So Sorry to say, that there is no options for you but have to apply on the basis of the UR category only.
I hope my answer gives you an insight. All the very best for your future endeavors!
