Well the score do let you qualify the exam but getting into an IIT seems very difficult even though you have EWS category because the seats are not that much and also the competition is high. You rank is also not that good. Still attend the counseling tos we more.

Congratulations on your achievement. According to your marks and rank you can get almost all the NITs and Some IITs as well. You can even get IIsc.

As according to careere360 the cut off for biotechnology this year is 39.86 for open category and your marks is better than the cut off So you have a very bright chance of getting any of the above college.

You have  a great chance of getting admission in these IITs.

There are various book shops in Kamla Nagar which would provide courier facility and would provide you IIT JAM MA books . But since right now there is lockdown all over the country.  Therefore, it would be very difficult to get books with courier facility. So you are advised to study from e-books and use study material provided on Internet .

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as cutoff varies every year. IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore offer M.Sc Biotechnology. But as per the previous year cutoff, with this rank the chances are less to get a seat for Biotechnology in IITs and none of NIT offer M.Sc biotechnology programme.
