Dear Bhavy, unfortunately you cannot change your General Category to EWS at this juncture. The correction window was your only chance at it. The merit list has bern prepared based on the Category you have chosen un JEE Mains. Now it cannot be changed during JEE Advanced after qualifying.

There is no courses for Jee advance preparation till now .But you can prepare from other resources .IIT Roorkee has released JEE Advance mock test for students to prepare for the exam.The mock test are as simmilar to JEE Advance paper.
