I'm getting around 200 marks in April Mains 2019(which is approx 98 percentile). What are some good options for me, if I want to go for CS?

If you are getting marks in 200 than you will have general rank in 5000. So it is a very good rank. The good NITs where you can get CSE are-
Jaipur, nagpur, rouerkela, calicut, jamshedpur, patna,etcc... you have good chances of IT in warangal, surathkal, allahabad. And can get ECE in all colleges.
Since you are jee advanced aspirant, prepare nicely, you can do better, go for it. All the best for exam
