Yes you are eligible fir taking admission in IIT Madras,but you have to clear jee mains paper and score good in jee advance paper .60% in board exam is just the cutoff of board ,if you have good rank in jee advance and you score below 60% in class

The cutoff for jee advance is difficult to predict as it changes every year . And the cutoff for this year has not been announced yet by NTA . But according to our experts the cutoff could range from 85-90.
