As far as I'm concerned, there won't be any spot round counselling in the case of IITs. Spot round is usually held for NIT/IIIT/GFTI. And, that too, if a lot of seats are vacant. So, the cutoff for spot rounds won't give you an idea about your chance
You can get all the IITs for Brnaches like Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical engineering.
Chnaces for CSE are less at this rank.

As per Jee mains score you hav egreat chances for IIIT Una, Sricity, Bhagalpur, Nagpur.
Also yiu can get NIT Hamirpur, Durgapur.
You can also get BIT Mesra and Nirma ahmedabad as private engineering colleges.
With jee advanced you can get IIST, IISER Mohali, IIPE Vishakhapatnam.

There is no girl category compensation of marks in JEE ADVANCE, you have to work hard on it and get good marks to get good colleges.
