My JEE Advance result says Ive qualified, but it also say Ive not cleared the cutoffs and shows a prep rank of 900, what does this mean?

Hey! Hi.
It means that you havent cleared the General Category Cutoff but you have cleared the Preparatory rank list cutoff marks which is 32 Marks.
Just get through your result properly again

The JEE ADVANCED 2018 Cutoff's are as follows:
1. General Category - 126 Marks
2. OBC - 114 Marks
3. SC/ST/PwD - 63 Marks
4. Preparatory Rank list - 32 Marks

YES. You have bright chances of getting CSE in the old IIT's due to special reservation for Girl Candidates under supernumerary quota.

IITs no chance since JEE Advanced is required. Chances in NITS or other institutes are slim at this rank. If the female quota of supernumerary seats is introduced in NITs, you may stand a chance.
